very uncommon). Please mail back to the address below
and mark it as "DEFECTIVE." We will only replace the
SAME CD/DVD.
Please also state the problem in a letter or email.
An example would be.....CD is skipping at Track 3.
Please return everything in its original package and
Mixent.com will re-send a new one, free of charge,
you just pay shipping to us.
